Advanced implementation plan

Implementation of each project is based on the same process. It includes delivery and assembly of the office furniture and equipment in the client’s premises. That schedule is prepared in advance and includes a detailed list of times & jobs which will be implemented on a day-byday basis. After fixing the date, the work will start and you will be informed about exact time the work will commence. We will start as soon as we have your permission to access your premises.

We will adapt to your working hours to ensure that your business can continue running smoothly or work around the developer if they are still putting some final touches to the interior.

Supply procedures

There is no place for any delays. The furniture and equipment are transferred to our stores several days before the planned delivery. We first secure all the items ready for delivery. We make sure that the furniture will be ready to be assembled when delivered to its destination and that it will arrive without any damages. Our vans are properly adapted and equipped to transport office furniture and we have our own assembly team equipped in specialist tools ready to start as soon as they arrive to premises. Therefore, we can guarantee that we will start work on the exact day we have agreed on.

Assembly of furniture and office arrangement

The kind of equipment and specialist tools needed for the job depends on the kind of furniture ordered (assembly method) and technical structure of your premises. During the visit on site we may learn that there is a long corridor from the entrance to the site and special carts will be needed to carry the packages. It may also happen that there is no lift and the furniture must be carried on belts along the stairs and consequently more staff will be needed.

Sometimes we work in premises where new carpets have been installed. In such places we protect the floors with cartons and our staff change their shoes to slippers. We insure that everything stays clean. Afterwards, we tidy up the premises from any unwanted items (such as packagings) so your employees can immediately go back to their work.
