Stock taking

Shortly after you contacted us, we will send our specialist to visit your office. Next, they will estimate the scope of the project, including time scale and the cost of it. On top of that, you will receive a detailed schedule describing how we will organise delivery of your equipment to the new site.

Technical control of your new office

If the distance between your old and new premises is not significant (for instance both locations are in the same town) we will familiarise ourselves with the new location on the same day. If the distance is larger, we will discuss the closest possible date.

Recycling or storage of old furniture

If required, we can assist you in estimating usability of your present office furniture and equipment. Perhaps you may already have thought about recycling some of your old equipment or furniture; or maybe you would like to put some of it into storage and equip your new premises using new once. Whatever you may need we are here to help you.

Transport and taking the goods to new location

Removals require detailed planning. Knowing the layout of the old and new office we will plan everything: appropriate resources – prepare necessary tools (belts, cart and anything needed during the disassembly and assembly) number of removal men, appropriate materials to secure carpets from any damage in both locations and finally the date of removal. We will take care of everything that is essential at this stage.

Positioning of the furniture in new premises

If you already have a furniture floor plan of your new office our removal men will position everything accordingly. However, if you need help with the furniture floor plan design we are here to help. Just let us know either way.
